Every day, thousands of people in Chicago cannot afford food or essential supplies. They may be homeless, trying to get back on their feet, or simply stretched thin in an uncertain and unstable economy. Many struggle with feelings of shame and isolation.

At Hitting the Streets, we consider everyone a friend! Our mission is to offer support and resources to people in need, and we meet that need wherever they are. We provide lunch so they don't spend the day hungry, and friendship so they know they are not alone.
